The first phase of the project includes the preparation of the campus master plan and the execution of:
- Administration & Faculty of Architecture Building comprising Classrooms, Drawing Studios, Lecture Halls, 3 Auditoriums, Faculty Library, Cafeteria and Offices.
- Accommodation Facilities: Students Dormitories (40 rooms) and Faculty Private Studios (12 units)
- Infrastructure for the campus facilities
