The Commercial Facility houses a luxurious Hotel: Holiday Inn Dunes consisting of 131 rooms and a recreational center containing 4 cinema theaters, bowling and games section with a wide range of shopping stores, restaurants, piano bar, cafés served by a public parking of 400 cars.

The Dunes Residence consists of 18 floors with 2 apartments (450m² each) per floor, having each its separate entrance and vertical circulation core, 3 parking areas and one storage room per apartment in addition to all services that classifies this residence as a super deluxe one. 

The Dunes Complex was built according to high standards of specifications, construction and safety. The total built up area is 62000m².
